Legends...

So, Destined Hearts is supposed to be this entire universe that Andrew Gray and I have designed.

War of the Zealot Empire is just one series within the mainscape of the entire series.

Think of something like Dragons of Pern, where the whole thing has many subseries. At least, that's from my understanding.

I have not read the Dragons of Pern though...

I did try it.

Honest.

I love dragons, and so seeing something that says "Dragons of Pern" caught my attention in the school library.

But, it was too technical and drawn out for me to enjoy. It is like taking the same descriptiveness of Lord of the Rings but changing it into something scientific rather than fantastical.

It's well written, and I'm sure it's got great plotlines...but I couldn't bring myself to read it.

The point is that the whole entirety of the writing between me and Andrew is called Destined Hearts.

War of the Zealot Empire is basically our first step.

For right now, we are calling the second step the "Necromancer Saga" though we might change that name. Paralleling that series (in time) is "Iron Hearts" which may be changed later as well.

However, there is one series that I have started within the scope of Destined Hearts that does not have an overarching plot, nor does it have a parallel within the series we will be writing.

Meaning that each story within this series is disjointed and does not sit along the timeline that we have started in Destined Hearts.

Rather, this goes into a larger scope.

We call this series "Legends" and rightfully so. It is supposed to be the backstories and legends of characters. Mostly the ones that Andrew and I love most.

I know for certain that he'll write a back story for Eric Doomhunter one day...that means meeting Ana or something...

I digress.

While most of the series have a place to sit within the timeline of Destined Hearts, Legends does not. It is just a collection of back stories and legends about characters that we love.

And I just realized that I already said that.

Why am I getting so confused here?

Oh well...I'm off to writing again! :3
